Planner/Scheduler (Infrastructure)

Responsibilities

• Provide scheduling services across diverse Infrastructure projects
• Conduct Pre-baseline reviews of contractor’s programmes to check adherence to contractual requirements and industry standards
• Prepare progress update reports and highlight key schedule risks and opportunities
• Recommend corrective action and create acceleration programmes in case of major delays
• Arrange meetings with client-side stakeholders to create an Integrated Master Works Programme
• Provide advice to clients regarding efficient timelines for multi-staged complex construction projects

Requirements

• Tertiary degree in Engineering, Construction, Building, or Project Management
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scheduler or Planner on Infrastructure projects
• Professional proficiency in P6 (Primavera) and MS Project
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
• Valid working rights in New Zealand

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior on-site working experience on construction projects
• Knowledge of Asta or other programming software
• Experience with large-scale infrastructure projects
