Planner/Scheduler (Industrial & Science)

Responsibilities

• Manage multi-disciplinary construction project schedules including design, engineering, construction, commissioning and integration
• Partner with facility owners, global supply management, and site construction contractors to identify pull-in opportunities
• Evaluate and monitor schedule risks using Earned Value Method (S curve), Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA), or other industry approaches
• Define and analyze project critical paths and produce reports, KPI metrics, float trends, and lookahead reports
• Facilitate interactive planning and schedule review sessions with project teams and stakeholders
• Validate contractor approaches, logic, and duration while measuring progress against schedule
• Establish and implement Schedule Change Control processes to manage project and scope changes
• Accumulate historical data for realistic future planning and forecasting

Requirements

• Degree in project management, engineering, or a similar function
• Minimum 10 years of experience in scheduling and project planning
• Background in data center or high-tech semiconductor environments preferred
• Proficiency in Primavera P6 and overall schedule understanding
• In-depth knowledge of data center construction sequences (CSA and MEP)
• Working knowledge of MS Project and MS Office suite
• Fluent in spoken and written English
