Planner/Scheduler - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze existing MSP schedules, including health evaluation and critical path analysis
• Develop and maintain detailed Primavera P6 schedules for remaining works
• Monitor progress and update schedules to reflect actual status
• Develop schedule reports and communicate risks to mitigate delays
• Create and maintain schedule key performance indicators
• Lead schedule meetings with Contractors and client construction teams
• Assist Director of scheduling in creating specifications and procedures
• Review Time Impact Analysis and provide feedback to construction teams

Requirements

• 12+ years of construction scheduling experience
• 3+ years of Data Center experience
• Advanced knowledge in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Project
• Experience in forensic planning and delay analysis
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Advanced verbal, written, and presentation communication skills
• Fluency in English

Preferred Qualifications

• PSP certification
