Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Manage planning setup including job templates and additional inputs
• Specify work conditions, constraints, hazard controls, and permits
• Determine scope of work, materials, equipment, and labor requirements
• Coordinate task duration and sequencing with Scheduling Specialists
• Create SAP Purchase Requisitions for parts, services, and goods
• Manage master data changes for accurate maintenance strategies and plans
• Partner with site execution teams and engage stakeholders through management routines

Requirements

• Experience in production planning principles and maintenance strategies
• Strong SAP EAM experience
• Mechanical or electrical technical aptitude in machine-based operations
• Ability to understand engineering drawings and complex data entry
• Strong safety focus and proactive approach to OH&S
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Experience in civil or coal mining (underground coal preferred)
• Trade or relevant Engineering qualification is desirable
• Experience with R8/Orien is advantageous
