Planner/Buyer

Responsibilities

• Develop material requirement plans based on production schedules, sales forecasts, inventory, and orders
• Monitor material inventory levels to ensure supply matches production needs and prevent shortages or excess stock
• Analyze material consumption data to optimize safety stock settings and procurement batch sizes
• Release purchase orders to suppliers and track delivery progress, adjusting requirements as necessary
• Manage delivery exceptions, including delays and minor quality issues
• Handle supplier reconciliation, invoicing, and the return/exchange of defective or abnormal goods
• Coordinate supplier management and material engineering change management processes

Requirements

• Associate degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Electronic Information, Electrical Automation, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in manufacturing material planning and procurement follow-up
• Proficiency with ERP systems and material requirement planning logic
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and data analysis
• Excellent logical thinking, responsibility, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with PCBA components or electrical parts is preferred
