Planner Visual Inspection

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of personnel planning in the assigned production area to ensure smooth production processes regarding staff availability and equipment occupancy
• Plan production for manual inspection and inspection machines
• Create annual shift plans and determine personnel requirements for budget planning
• Coordinate employee deployment for production processes, maintenance, and training in coordination with shift leaders
• Organize training and onboarding measures and fine-tune personnel deployment
• Coordinate shift planning with the works council and create deployment plans considering vacation requirements
• Optimize line occupancy to ensure maximum output and participate in process optimization
• Maintain training documentation in Veeva and update the training matrix
• Act as a deputy in the Planner team and participate in Tier-2 meetings

Requirements

• Completed vocational training, ideally in the pharmaceutical sector
• At least 2 years of professional experience in the pharmaceutical industry
• Knowledge of shift planning and production processes in pharmaceutical production
• High IT affinity and strong communication skills
• Independent and careful working style
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Good German language skills (written and spoken)
