Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule jobs in line with timeframes set by the Demand Lead
• Ensure all requirements are in place prior to job allocation, including site access, engineer skill sets, and materials
• Identify and escalate risks impacting delivery timelines
• Proactively resolve access or scheduling issues to avoid failed engineer visits
• Work with the Operations Manager to optimise engineer planning
• Collaborate with the Demand Lead to ensure reactive works are completed within SLA
• Support the timely delivery of all PPM activities
• Produce and manage engineer work schedules to ensure optimal productivity
• Oversee data quality in systems such as Maximo and Oracle
• Ensure timely raising and approval of purchase orders

Requirements

• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with CAFM systems
• Previous experience in a planning or scheduling role
• Knowledge of hard services or facilities management is desirable
• Ability to work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 7:00am and 7:00pm as required
