Planner

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed resource loaded construction project schedules using Primavera P6
• Create individual Project Gantt Charts and integrate them into a Master Programme Schedule
• Coordinate with Project Managers to identify realistic activity durations across the full project lifecycle
• Perform contractor schedule reviews and analysis for tender evaluations and ongoing monitoring
• Evaluate project changes for impact on budget and schedule
• Assist with Earned Value Analysis and cost loaded schedules for cash flow projections
• Facilitate cross-project schedule meetings to align design consultants and contractors
• Interface with pre-construction, construction, and design teams to support project kick-off and budget generation

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent technical degree
• Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Primavera P6
• Experience building critical path schedules from first principles
• Experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary large capital programs
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Understanding of project governance and procurement processes
