Planner Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule, and coordinate product releases based on material and capacity availability
• Prepare production plans and input planning data into the integrated computer system
• Monitor and control the implementation of plans, taking corrective action in case of deviations
• Prepare long-term plans and forecasts, including MPS and Forecasts
• Monitor system accuracy regarding item data, routing, BOM, and planned work orders
• Prepare "Clean to Build" reports and check material availability
• Monitor stock levels and handle stock differences
• Prepare management and CFT-specific reports and monitor KPIs
• Proactively address issues impacting committed ship dates, lead times, and inventory goals
• Coordinate with the Master Scheduler to manage product life cycles and material availability
• Drive process improvements within Order Management and represent the department on Customer Focus Teams

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of related experience in planning or scheduling
• Proficiency in office software, including word processing and presentation packages
• Strong spreadsheet and data entry skills
• Ability to demonstrate operations and technical skills within a functional standard
