Planner/Scheduler

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and control the master production schedule by balancing marketing requirements with manufacturing capacity and parts availability
• Communicate forecast and production schedule changes to the Supplier Development Group
• Analyze the impact of schedule changes on component procurement and production volume
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory levels and minimize obsolescence
• Perform "what-if" analyses to support optimal scheduling, priorities, and decision-making
• Monitor and analyze supplier performance indicators to proactively identify potential supply issues
• Communicate product availability risks to all affected departments
• Liaise with relevant departments to ensure product availability for customers
• Support the S&OP process by communicating demand changes

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or an equivalent field
• 2-5 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of functional planning areas
• Experience working within a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model is preferred
