About the role
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and control the master production schedule by balancing marketing requirements with manufacturing capacity and parts availability
- Communicate forecast and production schedule changes to the Supplier Development Group
- Analyze the impact of schedule changes on component procurement and production volume
- Collaborate with Manufacturing and Supply Chain teams to manage inventory levels and minimize obsolescence
- Perform "what-if" analyses to support optimal scheduling, priorities, and decision-making
- Monitor and analyze supplier performance indicators to proactively identify potential supply issues
- Communicate product availability risks to all affected departments
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure product availability for customers
- Support the S&OP process by communicating demand changes
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain, Business, or an equivalent field
- 2-5 years of related work experience with a strong understanding of functional planning areas
- Experience working within a broader enterprise or cross-division business unit model is preferred
