Planner

Responsibilities

• Collect input data from Welding, NDT, and Field Joint Coating departments, including project specifications, materials, and consumables.
• Manage documentation requirements for welding, NDT, and field joint coating processes.
• Prepare detailed plans and schedules for internal trials, personnel qualifications, and equipment availability.
• Utilize MS Excel, MS Project, or other requested software to maintain project timelines.
• Coordinate with the PTC Laboratory to provide priority lists for testing.
• Monitor the availability of working stations and specialized equipment.

Requirements

• University technical degree.
• Fluency in English (both written and spoken).
• Strong data analysis and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Project or Primavera (considered a plus).
• Excellent time management and ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Effective communication skills.
• Must be a resident of Romania with a valid work permit at the time of application.
