Planner

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, logic-sequencing, and maintenance of fully integrated Master Project Schedules (MPS) using Primavera P6.
• Perform advanced critical path method (CPM) analysis and forensic delay analysis to identify bottlenecks and prepare recovery strategies.
• Collaborate with Cost Engineering and Project Management teams to ensure schedules are resource-loaded and aligned with Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics.
• Interface with clients, PMO leads, and subcontractors to facilitate planning workshops and secure baseline milestones.
• Support quantitative schedule risk analysis (QSRA) to evaluate project completion threats.
• Prepare high-level dashboards, variance analyses, and monthly progress reports for executive leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in project planning and scheduling for large-scale infrastructure or utility projects.
• Expert-level mastery of Oracle Primavera P6 and proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Direct experience working on mega or giga-scale infrastructure projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) or the GCC region.
• Deep understanding of construction sequencing, resource leveling, and critical path analysis.
• Exceptional English communication skills for presenting complex data to diverse stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Professional credentials such as PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional) or PMP (Project Management Professional).
• Experience with advanced analysis tools like Acumen Fuse or Tilos (linear scheduling software).
• Proven ability to mentor junior planning staff in high-performance environments.
