About the role
Responsibilities
- Implement Advanced Work Packaging (AWP) methodologies on projects
- Ensure project AWP processes and procedures are complete and up to date
- Participate in interactive planning sessions across all project phases
- Provide detailed project planning from conceptual phase through construction
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules and associated documentation
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from initiation to closure
- Guide multidisciplinary teams in implementing construction programs and asset life cycle integration
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify risks and implement proactive mitigation strategies
- Support the preparation and delivery of project documentation, including reports and proposals
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, processes, and tools to optimize project results
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, construction management, or a related discipline
- 7+ years of relevant professional experience
- 3-5 years of direct experience with Advanced Work Packaging (AWP)
- Knowledge of Earned Value Management Systems (EVMS)
- Proficiency in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Excel
- Experience working on large-scale industrial or nuclear projects
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills
- Ability to travel and relocate as required
