Planner

Responsibilities

• Own category-level business performance across sales, margin, inventory, receipts, and open-to-buy.
• Build and maintain pre-season and SKU-level plans that align with business goals and seasonality.
• Manage in-season performance through weekly forecasting, business recaps, and plan adjustments.
• Partner with the product team to support assortment decisions, launch timing, and inventory investments.
• Analyze category and SKU performance to provide actionable recommendations for improving sell-through and margin.
• Develop and maintain Excel-based tools, templates, and reporting models to support business management.
• Support markdown, pricing, and inventory actions in collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in merchandise planning, retail planning, or inventory management.
• Bachelor's degree.
• High proficiency in Excel, including experience building tools, models, and reporting frameworks.
• Proven experience with pre-season planning, in-season management, open-to-buy, and SKU-level planning.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Domo for reporting and data visualization.
• Comfort evaluating and applying AI-enabled solutions to streamline planning workflows.
