Planner - Data Center

Responsibilities

• Developing and maintaining baseline schedules
• Conducting progress updates and resource management
• Developing cost loaded schedules
• Analyzing schedules and recommending recovery or mitigation actions
• Performing float path and critical path analysis
• Tracking quantities, hours, and productivity metrics to analyze variance root causes
• Generating reports, KPIs, metrics, and dashboards
• Running planning workshops
• Implementing best practices and new ways of working
• Analyzing WBS
• Producing project cash flow outputs weekly and monthly using Primavera P6

Requirements

• Mastery level competency in Primavera P6
• Competency in Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Background in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Geology, or Mining Engineering preferred
• Understanding of Project Cash Flow and Project WBS
• Adherence to HSEQ policy, procedures, and guidelines
