Planner CVD

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain detailed production schedules for IETEC
• Sequence production orders to optimize throughput and capacity
• Manage MRP signals to trigger procurement and internal supply actions
• Ensure availability of raw materials, WIP, and consumables
• Maintain optimal inventory levels and support cycle counts
• Manage master data including Bills of Materials (BoMs) and routings in ERP systems
• Collaborate with Sales, Procurement, and Logistics to align demand and supply
• Monitor key metrics such as OTIF, schedule adherence, and inventory accuracy

Requirements

• Relevant qualification in Supply Chain, Production Planning, or Manufacturing
• Proven experience in production planning or materials control within manufacturing
• Essential experience working with ERP/MRP systems (e.g., SAP, JDE)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Advanced Excel

Preferred Qualifications

• APICS / CPIM or equivalent certification
• Experience within CVD or advanced manufacturing environments
