Planner

Responsibilities

• Participate actively in strategic planning projects to support long-term business goals
• Develop and optimize planning processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness
• Support data-driven decision-making through forecasts, reports, and KPIs
• Monitor inventory management and supply chain metrics, proposing areas for improvement
• Manage inventory at the product and SKU level to ensure availability and optimal stock levels
• Track the full product lifecycle from planning to delivery to ensure timely supply
• Manage finished goods and safety stock levels to avoid excessive inventory
• Monitor manufacturing orders to ensure alignment with demand forecasts and production schedules
• Execute replenishment plans through local and global packaging and distribution processes

Requirements

• Associate or higher degree in a related field
• 2+ years of experience in supply chain, planning, or a similar field
• Knowledge of ERP or planning software (experience with Logility or o9 is a plus)
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
