Planner

Responsibilities

• Plan and control the time required for the execution of technical works
• Monitor task execution through to correct completion and closure
• Optimize resource allocation for a team of 14 technicians, ensuring the best profile is assigned to each intervention
• Prioritize work orders in coordination with the Branch Manager
• Maintain proactive communication with clients regarding intervention dates and potential changes
• Drive continuous improvement in team organization and operational efficiency
• Supervise compliance with safety standards across all operations

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar planning or coordination role
• Higher degree or equivalent academic qualification
• Basic knowledge of HVAC (climatización) systems
• Occupational Risk Prevention (PRL) training
• Proven experience in team management
• Proficiency with CRM and SAP tools
