Planner

Responsibilities

• Orchestrate production schedules for advanced industrial compressor systems by adjusting for demand fluctuations and capacity constraints.
• Manage prioritization and re-planning of customer orders to ensure accurate delivery dates in the ERP system.
• Monitor shop floor workload and capacity to balance production efficiency with quality outcomes.
• Proactively follow up with suppliers to expedite deliveries and manage inventory levels to prevent stockouts or overstock.
• Communicate order statuses and schedule changes to internal cross-functional teams and external customers.
• Support production transitions, including new product introductions and pilot batch launches.
• Collaborate with engineering and logistics to anticipate material needs and maintain healthy stock levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing, Business, or a related discipline.
• Demonstrated experience in production planning, scheduling, or order management within a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in ERP platforms, specifically SAP S/4 HANA, and production planning tools.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage complex workflows.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks under tight deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with diverse teams.
