Planner

Responsibilities

• Analyze, plan, and implement back-end supply planning activities to ensure on-time delivery and meet customer satisfaction targets.
• Proactively identify production bottlenecks or constraints that could delay deliveries or impact the Master Production Schedule (MPS).
• Manage assembly execution decisions and optimize the capacity of external subcontractors to support the MPS.
• Support monthly supply reviews to address opportunities, risks, and escalations from demand reviews.
• Assist with the creation and release of work orders and track component availability to prevent material shortages.
• Execute data entry tasks within ERP/MRP systems to maintain high levels of data accuracy.
• Generate daily and weekly reports regarding production output, schedule attainment, and work-in-progress (WIP) levels.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field of study.
• 2+ years of experience in capacity or material planning.
• Proficiency in ERP systems such as Oracle, SAP, or Kinaxis.
• Strong data analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft applications.
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize under timeline pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the semiconductor or high-tech industry.
• Experience with back-end capacity planning for pre-release and post-release products.
• Familiarity with constraint planning tools.
• Experience using data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
