Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with project Directors and stakeholders
• Implement project controls methodologies to ensure accurate and achievable project timelines
• Implement systems to track and monitor project performance against established baselines
• Analyze project metrics and KPIs to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Identify potential risks and uncertainties impacting project timelines or budgets
• Develop risk mitigation strategies and collaborate with project teams to implement them
• Work with project managers to allocate resources efficiently, including manpower, equipment, and materials
• Prepare and distribute regular project control reports to communicate project status and progress
• Maintain accurate and organized project documentation
• Assess and analyze the impact of changes to project scope and schedule
• Collaborate with project managers to implement change orders as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent
• 5 to 7 years of experience in planning and scheduling
• At least 5 years of experience in the Power industry with CCGT exposure
• Strong understanding of project management principles, cost control, and risk management
• Proficiency in Primavera or Microsoft Project
• IT proficiency in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
• Fluency in English (spoken and written)
