Planner 2, Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Work with CM to ensure all commits are given within the same day
• Ensure 100% accuracy in commits and minimize decommits
• Manage retail fulfilment supply execution
• Coordinate with CM to ensure availability of consigned parts prior to loading
• Maintain accurate inventory and WIP, identifying areas for improvement
• Conduct quarterly inventory counts and validation at CM
• Collaborate with CM and Asia planning team on build plans and scheduling
• Participate in weekly CM review meetings and prepare monthly/quarterly scorecards
• Participate in CM QBR and CM Ops QER

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience in production planning or a related specialty
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, Access, and PowerPoint
• Experience in dashboard reporting and data transformation for visualization
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
