Planner 1, Production Planning

Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for production planning SAP/MES systems and auto scheduling/dispatching systems
• Lead production planning virtual factory improvement projects
• Serve as the focal point for system changes and improvement projects for the production planning team
• Design, implement, and define business flows for auto scheduling and dispatching logic
• Collaborate with automation teams to prioritize improvement projects and analyze data for automation KPIs
• Support digital twin simulations to improve ARV efficiency and utilization

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Management, Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in production planning
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Access, MS Visio, and SQL
• Ability to multi-task in a high-energy, fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with SAP PP (Production Planning) module
• Experience with MES systems
• Strong understanding of manufacturing and production planning processes
