About the role
Responsibilities
- Lead workstreams for Planisware-enabled transformation engagements for pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical device clients
- Design business processes, provide implementation support, and drive operational improvements
- Translate business, portfolio, resource, and financial management requirements into solution designs and delivery milestones
- Support pharmacovigilance and adverse event operations through process optimization and technology enablement
- Manage coordination across client stakeholders, Deloitte teams, and third-party vendors to track risks and dependencies
- Drive tool adoption through testing, training, documentation, and post-implementation support
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Biology, Chemistry, or Life Sciences
- 2+ years of experience in life sciences, pharmacovigilance, or management consulting
- 2+ years of experience implementing project or resource management platforms (e.g., Planisware or Microsoft Project Online)
- Experience working with global regulatory frameworks such as FDA, EMA, ICH, or PMDA
- Ability to travel 50% on average based on client needs
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Planisware resource and financial management
- Advanced degree, such as an MBA or PhD
- Experience with Jira or Confluence
- Experience implementing AI-enabled or automated case processing solutions
- Experience delivering projects using Agile or Scrum methodologies
