Planificateur S&OP

Responsibilities

• Act as the guarantor of the S&OP process for the site
• Monitor and materialize capacity constraints within the site's production sectors
• Manage capacities and stocks in alignment with long-term strategic objectives
• Implement palliative solutions in case of discrepancies and communicate impacts
• Ensure load/capacity adequacy for critical positions over the S&OP horizon
• Coordinate and facilitate the various stages of the S&OP process on-site
• Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the new planning tool

Requirements

• Degree from HES, EPFL, or a university
• Mastery of supply chain fundamentals
• Professional experience in a supply chain field is preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
• Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach
• Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Rigorous and conscientious personality
