About the role
Responsibilities
- Act as the guarantor of the S&OP process for the site
- Monitor and materialize capacity constraints within the site's production sectors
- Manage capacities and stocks in alignment with long-term strategic objectives
- Implement palliative solutions in case of discrepancies and communicate impacts
- Ensure load/capacity adequacy for critical positions over the S&OP horizon
- Coordinate and facilitate the various stages of the S&OP process on-site
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the new planning tool
Requirements
- Degree from HES, EPFL, or a university
- Mastery of supply chain fundamentals
- Professional experience in a supply chain field is preferred
- Strong analytical skills and ability to work autonomously
- Excellent listening skills and a proactive approach
- Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
- Rigorous and conscientious personality
