Planificateur Copacking, Kits et Objets Publicitaires

Responsibilities

• Plan copacking activities, including gift sets, cases, and promotional bundles, based on sales forecasts and promotional plans.
• Coordinate the availability of products, components, and production capacities with internal sites and external partners.
• Manage the design, production, and supply of commercial kits and promotional items for sales teams and events.
• Collaborate with Trade Marketing, Procurement, Logistics, and external providers to consolidate needs and organize tenders.
• Monitor performance indicators, analyze variances, and implement corrective actions to optimize stock levels and production efficiency.
• Ensure fluid information flow between Sales Forecasting, Production, Purchasing, and Customer Service.

Requirements

• Master's degree (Bac+5) in Supply Chain, Production Management, Logistics, or a related field.
• Proven experience in planning, procurement, production coordination, or operational activity management.
• Fluent in English.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to challenge requirements and financial impacts.
• Highly organized and rigorous, with the ability to manage multiple planning cycles simultaneously.
• Proactive communicator comfortable working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in industrial environments, consumer goods (FMCG), or copacking activities.
