Responsibilities

• Staff planning, management, and follow-up
• Coaching and following up on employees to achieve goals and create well-being
• Working in various systems regarding planning, key performance indicators, invoicing, and orders
• Managing external contacts with healthcare, health centers, and municipalities
• Participating in systematic quality and work environment work

Requirements

• Higher vocational education, e.g., service-oriented care and nursing planning, or other relevant education
• Experience in coordination with supervisory responsibility, or other relevant experience
• Good computer literacy
• Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work in home care or other service professions involving coordination or planning
• B-driver's license
