Responsibilities

• Manage staffing planning, steering, and follow-up
• Coach and follow up employees to achieve goals and create a good work environment
• Work within various systems regarding customer planning, KPIs, invoicing, and orders
• Handle external contacts
• Participate in systematic quality and work environment management
• Perform daily planning and follow-up of home care and household services while also working directly with customers in their homes

Requirements

• Higher vocational education (e.g., service-oriented care and nursing planning) or other relevant education
• Experience in coordination with supervisory responsibility or other relevant experience
• Good computer literacy
• Strong ability to express yourself in Swedish, both spoken and written

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous work in home care or other service professions involving coordination or planning
• B-driver's license
