Responsibilities

• Coordinate the full audit cycle, including evidence loading, review, scheduling, and execution.
• Manage communication with internal and external clients to ensure effective planning and SLA compliance.
• Distribute audit services, managing workloads and timelines for auditors and supervisors.
• Resolve planning incidents and escalate support needs to ensure service continuity.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure audit effectiveness and drive service improvements.
• Analyze information to identify trends, variables, and alerts to generate planning proposals.
• Provide customer service via dedicated channels to resolve inquiries and provide guidance.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Accounting.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in Sello de la Casa implementation or similar (e.g., ISO 9001).
• Intermediate to Advanced English proficiency.
• Intermediate to Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Basic knowledge of ERP and POS systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick, effective planning decisions.
