Responsibilities

• Ensure customer needs are met by managing the Service Center's collaboration network and team to guarantee service satisfaction.
• Validate operational starts and report any operational or maintenance breakdowns.
• Assign and manage the availability of pumping equipment and mixer trucks to satisfy service needs in the area.
• Distribute and assign mobile units across plants to meet service commitments.
• Monitor vehicle status and manage loads through SAP and RMS systems.
• Generate operational reports and balance deliveries through the loading agenda.
• Monitor the status of units throughout the concrete delivery cycle and diagnose improvements for loading and transit times.
• Coordinate with service agents and plant managers regarding order relocations or plant/site shutdowns.
• Investigate and analyze customer dissatisfaction to propose corrective actions.
• Prioritize services based on the AAA client list for each location.

Requirements

• Professional degree (titulado).
• At least 1 year of experience in Customer Service, Logistics, Plant Management, Dispatching, or Call Center environments.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and Outlook.
• Basic knowledge of concrete dosing plants and mobile equipment.
• Understanding of concrete technology and general administration.
