Plan-to-Produce Specialist

Responsibilities

• Support the Global Process Owner (GPO) in defining, mapping, and improving end-to-end Plan-to-Produce processes.
• Facilitate current- and future-state process mapping and define roles, controls, and handoffs using RACI/DCI frameworks.
• Define, maintain, and apply KPIs to assess performance, anticipate risks, and support decision-making across the value chain.
• Lead structured process improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and rapid improvement cycles.
• Manage the day-to-day improvement backlog to track actions, metrics, and the closure of identified gaps.
• Partner with Change Enablement and Process Assurance teams to ensure process standards are documented, governed, and adopted.
• Monitor process performance to identify emerging risks and systemic issues, recommending corrective actions to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Six (6) years of experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or value chain optimization roles.
• Proven experience with KPI development and root-cause analysis.
• Strong cross-functional facilitation skills within a complex operational environment.
• Ability to drive outcomes through influence and relationship management rather than direct authority.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the energy industry or complex supply chain environments.
• Expertise in translating process improvements into clear documentation and training-ready artifacts.
