Placements Officer

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support clinical and non-clinical student placements for dentistry and medicine students
• Act as a key point of contact for students, industry partners, and academic staff regarding placement advice
• Undertake operational activities in support of student placements within external agencies
• Collaborate with academic leads and industry partners to ensure high-quality student learning experiences
• Manage placement logistics and maintain professional relationships with external stakeholders

Requirements

• Associate diploma or certificate level qualification, or equivalent combination of experience and training
• Relevant work experience in a coordination or administrative capacity
• Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
• Ability to work effectively and collaboratively within a busy team
• Ability to work autonomously and achieve defined performance objectives
• Strong attention to detail and a client-focused approach
