Placement Specialist

Responsibilities

• Develop job opportunities and establish rapport with area businesses
• Represent the organization at networking events, job fairs, and community meetings
• Assist employers in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified applicants
• Facilitate job placements by working closely with case management staff
• Conduct follow-up with graduates and employers to ensure satisfaction and quality improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Demonstrated knowledge of labor market trends
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Active driver's license and insurance
