Responsibilities

• Preparation of high-quality pizza dough, understanding different fermentation processes and ingredients
• Selection and preparation of fresh, premium-quality ingredients and toppings
• Expert handling of traditional pizza ovens, ensuring perfect cooking consistency and crust
• Crafting a variety of classic and innovative pizzas, tailored to a luxury clientele
• Maintaining impeccable hygiene and food safety standards (HACCP) in your workstation
• Collaborating effectively with the culinary team to ensure seamless service flow
• Contributing to menu development with creative pizza concepts
• Ensuring a clean, organized, and efficient pizza station at all times

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience as a Pizzaiolo, preferably in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants
• Expertise in traditional Italian pizza making
• Deep understanding of premium ingredients and seasonality
• Ability to maintain quality in a fast-paced environment
• HACCP certification
• Proficiency in Italian
• English language skills are a significant advantage
