PitStop Leader (Maintenance Technician)

Responsibilities

• Lead property turnovers and oversee the full apartment preparation process
• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance teams, and external vendors
• Assemble furniture, troubleshoot WiFi/tech setups, and perform minor repairs
• Conduct thorough property inspections using mobile checklists
• Manage corporate vans and inventory stock
• Provide hands-on support for urgent guest needs and lockouts

Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or team lead role
• Experience in field ops, facilities, hospitality, or housekeeping
• Ability to perform basic handyman tasks and minor repairs
• Physically capable of lifting 10+ kilos
• Tech-savvy with familiarity in Slack, G Suite, and mobile apps
• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vans
• Access to a personal, reliable vehicle
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays
