Pitch Technician

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day technical maintenance and operation of on-site AV equipment for pitch rooms and spaces
• Set up, operate, and manage audio and video equipment for live events
• Troubleshoot complex AV systems and network-related issues
• Provide Tier 2 equipment break/fix capabilities and technical support
• Act as a technical liaison for clients, producers, and helpdesk requests
• Support VIP clients and guests with professional technical assistance
• Assist with general office AV requirements as needed

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in corporate audiovisual (AV) services, event technology, or commissioning
• Proven experience in technical live event operations
• Ability to troubleshoot complex AV systems and network issues
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 suite
• Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 50 pounds
• Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, and weekends

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with Cisco or Poly video conferencing equipment
• Experience in end-user training and consulting
