Pitch Specialist

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end process of preparing and submitting proposals, including RFPs, RFQs, and RFIs
• Identify and source pitch opportunities through subscribed tender publications
• Lead pitch meetings and provide strategic guidance on win themes and messaging
• Draft and review pitch content with a strong business development focus
• Coordinate the review and finalization of Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with legal and risk departments
• Maintain a centralized database of pitch intelligence and historical data
• Supervise and mentor pitch administrators to ensure professional growth and quality standards
• Conduct quality checks on proposal documents to ensure compliance with branding guidelines

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law, engineering, marketing, finance, business, or a related field
• 5-10 years of experience in Bid Management or Business Development, ideally in professional or legal services
• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience in pitch support teams
• Expert proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Adobe Pro
• Strong understanding of the professional services sector

Preferred Qualifications

• APMP (Association of Proposal Management Professionals) membership
• Project management certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2
