Piping Trainer

Responsibilities

• Lead and conduct lecture and hands-on learning activities, including brazing, TIG welding, laser welding, pipe routing, and torque training
• Complete and process thorough evaluations to track trainee progress
• Maintain accurate training records and schedule recertification sessions
• Assist in the curriculum development process by creating hands-on activities and reviewing content for accuracy
• Conduct daily audits on the production floor to ensure training methods are correctly applied to products

Requirements

• Perfect safety record
• 5+ years of experience as a Piper 2
• Previous experience assisting with new hire training

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience leading training activities within a manufacturing environment
• Strong coaching, written, and verbal communication skills
• Ability to influence others and work effectively in cross-functional environments
