Piping Test Pack Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage piping test pack (TP) folder workflows across stakeholders, including subcontractors and NoBo
• Agree on TP schedules and expedite necessary actions to maintain project timelines
• Prepare and distribute regular TP progress and status updates
• Track the receipt and release of piping TP folders and verify compliance with project procedures
• Verify test types and pressures on TP Pressure Test Reports
• Ensure proper punch list categorization and track items and discrepancy reports
• Maintain composite master P&ID sets by package limits
• Ensure progressive collection, indexing, and validation of inspection and quality records
• Identify documentation deficiencies and coordinate closure with QC and Turnover teams
• Update completion and turnover databases and monitor quality pack completion for handover milestones
• Issue weekly status reports to planning and project management

Requirements

• Strong background in the piping discipline
• Proven experience in completion and turnover processes
• Extensive experience in TP and pressure test coordination
• Advanced Excel and data handling skills
• Strong expertise in documentation control and stakeholder coordination
• Eligibility to work in Belgium (EU)
