Piping Superintendent

Responsibilities

• Organize, coordinate, and control the execution of mechanical works performed by subcontractors or direct hires
• Manage interfaces between construction disciplines and engineering departments
• Oversee the availability of construction materials and equipment to ensure works align with project documentation and schedules
• Promote safe work practices and environmental protection in full compliance with safety and quality standards
• Set up and manage time schedules for specific scopes of work
• Monitor production parameters, efficiency, and productivity
• Support the resolution of technical problems encountered during execution
• Manage technical and administrative documentation, including man-hours and cost estimates
• Supervise the achievement of MC certificates and ensure punch list clearance

Requirements

• Fluency in the English language
• Proven experience in coordinating mechanical works
• Strong skills in subcontractor management and resource planning
• Demonstrated ability to ensure safety and quality compliance
• Ability to provide technical problem resolution in a construction environment
