Piping Preparer

Responsibilities

• Perform technical preparation including cutting plans, debit sheets, test diagrams, and Material Take-Offs (MTO).
• Manage materials by establishing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), placing orders, and coordinating equipment reception with the quality department.
• Organize construction sites by writing operating procedures and preparing requisitions for scaffolding and specific tools.
• Collaborate with project managers and site supervisors on site scheduling and coordination.
• Supervise prefabrication and coordinate teams during on-site assembly to ensure efficiency.
• Close out projects by consolidating final business files and documenting all interventions.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in piping, OR a BTS CRCI degree (Conception et Réalisation en Chaudronnerie Industrielle) with 2-3 years of field experience.
• Strong knowledge of piping and boiler making/metallurgy.
• Proficiency with computer tools and office software.
• Highly organized, dynamic, and curious professional.
• Valid driving license is recommended due to travel to various construction sites.
