Piping & Installation Helper

Responsibilities

• Work outdoors in all weather conditions as part of the Ground Loop Commissioning field crew
• Dig trenches, install HDPE piping, and support restoration of landscapes to rough grade
• Assist with fusion, pressure testing, flushing/filling, and loop preparation under supervision
• Load/unload piping, trenching equipment, and job materials
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized work areas
• Perform basic equipment checks and general labor tasks on job sites
• Drive company vehicles to/from job sites
• Learn to operate heavy equipment such as mini-excavators, skid steers, and grout pumps

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record
• Personal vehicle and ability to drive to job sites within approximately 75 miles
• Ability to lift 50 lbs overhead and perform sustained physical labor in all weather conditions
• Positive attitude and readiness to learn new technical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Background in plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical construction
• Experience in construction, trenching, plumbing, drilling, or outdoor labor
• Mechanical, plumbing rigging, or welding experience
• Familiarity with heavy equipment (excavators, skid steers, forklifts)
• CDL is a plus
