Piping Helper

Responsibilities

• Assist pipe fitters and welders during piping fabrication, installation, and erection activities
• Support handling, shifting, loading, and unloading of pipes, fittings, valves, and materials
• Assist in pipe alignment, fit-up, preparation, and installation
• Perform basic tasks including cleaning, grinding, cutting assistance, and deburring
• Assist in the installation of pipe supports, clamps, and brackets
• Prepare work areas, tools, and materials for daily activities
• Support rigging activities during movement and positioning of materials
• Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure safe access around work areas
• Support hydrotesting, flushing, and other pre-commissioning activities
• Ensure correct handling and storage of piping materials to prevent damage

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience as a Piping Helper in Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, Refinery, or EPC projects
• Basic knowledge of mechanical or piping work
• Ability to use hand and power tools safely
• Ability to work in outdoor environments under varying weather conditions
• Willingness to work in remote locations as required
