Piping and Plant Designer

Responsibilities

• Work on projects ranging from idea and concept development to delivering finished installations
• Handle a variety of projects including small customer-oriented tasks and large multidisciplinary projects
• Collaborate with other business areas within AFRY
• Perform work both in-house and at customer sites

Requirements

• University degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience in Piping & Plant Design, mechanical design, or similar, preferably within process industry
• Good knowledge of relevant standards and directives
• Proficiency in various CAD environments
• Good command of Swedish and English (written and spoken)
• Valid B-driver's license and flexibility for on-site customer assignments

Preferred Qualifications

• Several years of experience in a similar role
• Experience as a project manager or lead designer
• Established network of customers and suppliers in the region
