Piping and Layout Engineer

Responsibilities

• Execute Piping and Layout engineering activities ensuring compliance with QA/QC and HSE requirements
• Support the bidding phase through bill of materials development and plot plan layout proposals
• Provide technical support for project execution, including analyzing specifications, calculation notes, and drawings
• Monitor and report actual progress for discipline activities, including man-hour control and document delivery
• Coordinate technical activities with other project specialists, designers, and draftsmen
• Supervise the writing of technical specifications, requisitions, and technical bid evaluations
• Participate in construction and start-up activities, including field engineering and material management at site

Requirements

• Master's Degree in Engineering
• 5-10 years of experience in Piping and Layout engineering
• Proven experience in EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction) environments
• Proficiency in English (written and spoken)
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with offshore and onshore operations

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Project
• Ability to interface effectively with Procurement, Subcontracting, and Construction teams
