Piping and General Installations Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Prepare and coordinate piping and general installation interventions in coordination with site services
• Analyze technical files, isometric plans, P&IDs, and work specifications
• Validate intervention requests from external companies regarding technical and safety aspects
• Participate in the development of Prevention Plans and work permit management
• Supervise daily on-site work and ensure compliance with plans and technical specifications
• Enforce HSE rules and site procedures
• Coordinate various trades and ensure interface between different contractors
• Monitor progress indicators and provide reporting to the project team
• Support testing, commissioning, and restart phases of installations

Requirements

• Bac to Bac +2 (BTS CRCI, BTS Industrial Maintenance, or equivalent)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in piping or general installation supervision in industrial environments
• Proven experience in coordinating external companies and industrial site monitoring
• Experience in technical shutdowns, heavy maintenance, or revamping projects is a major asset
• Strong knowledge of industrial piping, mechanical assembly, and general installations
• Ability to read isometric plans, P&IDs, and technical dossiers
• Proficiency in HSE rules and industrial site work procedures

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Arkema site, its installations, and work procedures
