Pipeline Pre-Commissioning Equipment Operator

Responsibilities

• Ensure proper setup and alignment of equipment and connections, including hoses, fittings, and manifolds
• Operate and monitor pre-commissioning equipment according to established procedures and supervisor instructions
• Maintain safe operating pressures, flow rates, and chemical injection levels
• Perform routine checks and basic troubleshooting on pumps, compressors, and dryers
• Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth and continuous operations
• Record equipment parameters and support daily operating log reporting
• Follow all safety protocols and assist in emergency response when required
• Maintain cleanliness and order within the equipment operating area

Requirements

• ITI / Technical Certificate or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years of experience operating pipeline pre-commissioning equipment (offshore or onshore)
• Hands-on experience with Centrifugal Pumps and HP Piston Pumps
• Experience operating Diesel Generators and Air Compressors
• Experience with Desiccant Air Dryers
• Fluency in English with good communication skills
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and safety procedures
• Physically fit for site conditions and strong teamwork skills
