Pipefitter

Responsibilities

• Install, repair, and maintain piping systems in industrial, commercial, and residential environments
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine specifications and layout
• Fabricate and assemble piping and plumbing systems, including valves, fittings, and fixtures
• Inspect piping systems for leaks and troubleshoot issues
• Collaborate with other trades and contractors on job sites
• Maintain a clean and organized work area adhering to safety protocols
• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project status

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Completion of a Pipefitting apprenticeship program or equivalent work experience
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Pipefitter
• Strong understanding of piping systems, materials, and fabrication techniques
• Proficiency with related tools and equipment
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Preferred Qualifications

• Valid Pipefitter license
