Pipefitter

Responsibilities

• Install piping systems according to blueprints, specifications, and applicable codes
• Maintain and repair existing piping systems to ensure proper functioning
• Cut, thread, and assemble pipes to the required specifications
• Inspect pipings for leaks or damages and perform necessary repairs
• Collaborate effectively with project teams and other tradespeople
• Adhere to safety and quality standards during all tasks
• Keep work areas clean and organized

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Pipefitting certification preferred
• Experience in pipefitting or related mechanical work
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Physical ability to perform manual labor in varying environments
• Valid driver’s license
